We have an exciting opportunity for a 3 part-time Administration Officers to join our dedicated team within Business Services.
18.5 hours Permanent (Green Lane)
18.5 hours Temporary (Geen Lane)
10 hours Temporary (Crook)
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We are seeking 3 highly organised Administrative Officers within Business Services to provide efficient and professional support within a busy frontline service. The role involves processing referrals from a range of teams and partner agencies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
You will handle incoming calls, greet visitors and manage reception duties. The post also includes maintaining filing systems, producing high-quality documents, supporting managers with statistical information, and ensuring master records are kept up to date.
You will assist with stationery orders, petty cash, and the secure handling of sensitive information in line with Data Protection and Caldicott requirements.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
BTEC National, NVQ Business Administration Level 3 (or equivalent qualification), experience of a busy office environment and IT Packages. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team.
