About PLC
PLC is a county-wide, person-centred programme supporting young people aged 16+ with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). We offer a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that empowers learners to follow personalised pathways toward independence, employment, and community participation.
Our Three Core Pathways:
· Personal Progress – Focuses on independence, communication, and self-confidence.
· Towards Independence – Builds functional skills, personal safety awareness, and community engagement.
