Croft Community School is a generic special school for pupils who have moderate, severe, or profound and multiple learning difficulties or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
We are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and dedicated Cleaner to join our school team. This is a vital role in ensuring that our premises are clean, and ready for staff and pupils each day.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for general cleaning duties across the school site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out routine cleaning tasks including classrooms, toilets, corridors, and communal areas
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues
• Supporting the site team when required with occasional porterage or deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous cleaning experience (preferable)
• Trustworthy and responsible.
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills
• Commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
• Friendly, approachable, and flexible attitude.
Working Pattern:
• 15 hours per week
• Monday to Friday hours to be agreed with the Premises Manager.
