We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Clerical Officer to join our dedicated team within Business Services.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We are a friendly and welcoming team and are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Clerical Officer to support busy teams of Social Workers, providing a professional, effective and efficient receptionist service and general administrative support to visitors, callers, users and social work staff.
You will be answering incoming telephone calls, providing reception duties including greeting and receiving visitors. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised using your initiative.
The role will be primarily based at our office in Chester let Street however you will be required to work across different sites and therefore need to have a flexible approach to work.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will need a minimum of 4 GCSEs (Graded A-C) including English Language or Literature or NVQ Level 2 in a related subject or equivalent.
