Learner Support Manager in all aspects of preparing, scheduling and conducting examinations according to exact guidelines.  So, an eye for detail is a must, as is the ability to work to strict deadlines and to work independently.  You will manage the work of the Invigilation Team and deputise for the Exams Manager on occasion.

You will have:

  • Previous up to date administration experience
  • Be able to meet challenging deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills and the willingness to learn new skills.
  • The ability to communicate at a variety of different levels, keeping learners, staff and managers updated
  • An understanding the principles of data protection, confidentiality and information security as you will be working in an environment dealing with sensitive and confidential information
