The opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Service with the vision, leadership, and resilience to drive this transformation forward. As Head of Service, you will

• Inspire and Lead Service Managers, champion quality and continuous improvement, and make a lasting impact on accessible lifelong learning for all.
• Have a strong grasp of 14-25 Services and Family, Adult, and Community Learning,
• Bring expertise in navigating local, regional, and national initiatives while maintaining budgetary control, contractual requirements, and
• Uphold excellence in Ofsted standards.

• A proactive, innovative leader who thrives on challenges,
• Strong expertise in building strategic partnerships, and
• Is ready to elevate lifelong learning in Sheffield.
