Required for 1 January 2027. The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.
We are a primary special school for pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Complex Autism.
Our children have significant cognitive, communication, sensory and physical and medical needs. Many are working within pre-formal and semi-formal developmental pathways. Some are non-verbal. Many require specialist medical or therapeutic support.
We believe that:

• Every child deserves to enjoy learning.
• Every child deserves to achieve — in ways that are meaningful to them.
We are seeking an exceptional, values-driven Head Teacher who shares this belief.
Our School
Evergreen is a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious school community where:
• Communication is recognised as a fundamental right.
