NETPark, County Durham’s rapidly expanding science, engineering and technology park is one of the UK’s premier science parks with world class innovation infrastructure, academic expertise and capabilities.

The NETPark team are now looking for a full-time receptionist to provide a welcoming first point of contact and provide administrative services to support our incredible 40+ businesses in this exciting destination situated on the outskirts of Sedgefield.
 
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
With no two days the same, you will provide a smooth service in our new Welcome Hub whether dealing with contractors, speedy deliveries that need to arrive at our customers’ door fast or supporting first time visitors providing the all-important first impression.

You will also manage our meeting room booking service and provide administrative support to ensure that our science park facilities management operate effectively.

Please note that hybrid working arrangements do not apply to this post.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will have a NVQ level 3 in business administration or equivalent or have extensive experience in a customer facing environment.

You should have a commitment to the provision of a high-quality service with a positive attitude towards customer care and the ability to manage a diverse workload with competing deadlines.
