Are you a highly organised and proactive facilitator and administrator, keen to play a key role in supporting a new PMO team, ensuring the smooth coordination of programmes and projects?

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing, purpose-driven team working at the heart of Neighbourhood health and care across County Durham.

WHAT IS INVOLVED? 
As a Project Facilitator, you will work closely with programme leads, clinicians, and system partners to help plan, coordinate, and implement key transformation initiatives in Neighbourhood Health & Care. You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay engaged, and progress is effectively tracked and reported 
You will provide comprehensive support to the PMO team, including facilitation of the multiple stakeholders, diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

  • Experience in a project support, coordination, or facilitation role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across professional boundaries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

INTERVIEWS
 
Interviews will be held on Friday 22nd May at Corten House in Durham
