We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Swim Teachers to join our leisure centre.

About the role

You will be responsible for the safe delivery of lessons to a variety of ages and ability groups.

Following the stage related scheme of work, you will support learners working towards the assessment criteria set out for each stage.

The post holder will be responsible for completing class registers and uploading children’s progress from lessons on to Go Learn. As well as safely setting up your teaching station, you will be responsible for putting away equipment after lessons have finished.

The hours available are flexible up to 7 hours per week.

Sills and Experience

·       A can-do attitude and a passion for supporting children on their swimming journey.

·       A Level 2 swim teacher qualification is essential.

·       Either a NPLQ qualification or a teacher rescue qualification.
